Returns & Cancellations
Bravante Vineyards Estate Winery stands behind the quality of our wines. All wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition when they leave for shipping.
We will only consider returns if the product is corked or flawed, and we will either refund your purchase or exchange your bottle at our discretion and upon availability of inventory. If you open a bottle and find it defective, we will gladly exchange it upon the return of the unfinished portion of the original bottle. Please note in some cases, we may offer a replacement with a different vintage of the same wine based on availability. We do not replace empty bottles.
Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff and must be accompanied by your original sales receipt. Please note, as we cannot guarantee the state of wine storage after shipment, we will honor this policy for up to two years after the sale. Please reach out to info@bravantewine.com to start an exchange.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 707-965-2552 for return instructions.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all orders canceled after they have been processed to our shipping partner.
